Absolutely Delicious Protein Pancake Recipe

Serves 4

  • 1 egg

  • 1.5 scoops of protein (any flavour)

  • ½ cup of almond milk

  • ½ tps coconut flourCoconutFlour2

  • Coconut oil (To Cook with)


1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand beater or blender.

2. Put 1 tps of coconut oil in a SMALL HOT pan.

3. Pour in a little mixture until base of pan in filled with desired size of pancake.

4. Reduce heat and leave for 1-2 mins

5. Flip until cooked either side – DON’T OVER COOK!

Fancy an Apple and Cinnamon twist?

Add 1 Tbps of unsweetened apple sauce and ½ tps of cinnamon powder to the mix
