My favourite book of 2016 without question. I’m not going to say much, other than the fact it has forced me to see the world differently. Incredible.

A fascinating read that explains how adversity can be used to your advantage.

An excellent read that challenges what we’ve been led to believe about nutrition.

The book discusses all the reasons why counting calories to lose weight does not work for the majority of dieters.

An absolute gem for dieticians, health care professionals, personal trainers and of course dieters.




Strong & Sculpted by Brad Schoenfeld

My good friend Brad Schoenfeld has written another incredible training resource. Strong & Sculpted is a science-based strength training programme for females.

It takes into account individual needs and goals and then provides the knowledge and blueprint for achieving those goals. Perfect for personal training program design or those simply looking a great plan to follow.

The book contains 117 effective exercises for shaping and defining the lower body, shoulders, arms and torso, plus advice on reps, pacing and optimal performance of each movement.



Now What? By Brad Burton

Written by my good friend Brad Burton ‘Now What?’ is an amazing addition to his already best-selling series of books.

Brad discusses how every decision you’ve made in your life has led you to this present moment (good or bad). His experiences shared in this book draw out thought-provoking lessons that will help you work out your next steps in positively dealing with change, challenges and distribution in your life, business and the world.

A fantastic read that gets you fired up and ready to take on the world!
